Refund policy
ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES IN SOME CASES.

*Please note the following stipulations surrounding returns/exchanges:
- Sale and promotional items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a product has been purchased at a set price, we are unable to apply future sale discounts or refunds to that product in the event of an exchange.
- Custom/ Made-to-order items are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. This is because these items are specifically created for an individual customer and cannot be resold.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES | (Pre-made / Pre-order items ONLY)
For our pre-made / pre-order items, we allow for the customer to return items only for an exchange providing there is a good reason (evidence must be provided). You can exchange items within 7 working days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
Products returned from the UK for an exchange will not have to pay extra charges for their exchanged product to be sent out. Additionally, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products. An exchange may not be feasible if the item is no longer available in stock.
Please note, it can take up to 21 working days to receive and complete your exchange.
Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
EU/INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note, if you are returning item/s to us for an exchange from outside of the UK you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy stipulates that the return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this includes any custom fees incurred in the postage of the return parcel.
