PROCESSING TIME

Please refer to product descriptions for specific details, as items may vary.

As we have transitioned to manufacturing, some pieces are available for immediate dispatch, while others are crafted in-house and may require additional processing time. Orders typically take 4 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process before shipment, depending on stock availability or pre-order status. To avoid delays, please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

JVRDZ reserves the right to adjust production dates, with proper notification to customers.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Some items are made-to-order. Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for your made-to-order item to be produced, along with an additional shipping time frame (dependent on your region). This may be longer in occasions of high volume orders or public holidays. We do apologies for any delays if they occur.

IMPORT FEES/TAX

EUROPE: 

Please be aware that following Brexit, all EU shipments may incur customs duties and import fees.

JVRDZ is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, as this is outside of our control. Orders do not include potential customs duties or taxes, which may be applied upon arrival in your country.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please be aware that international orders will be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They vary depending on your country and the value of your order. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Should the customers parcel be returned due to failure to comply with customs requirements, error in delivery address or a package is unclaimed the customer will be liable for any additional charges related to the return and re-delivery. 

To avoid unexpected fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office or visiting their website for information on any duties or taxes before placing your order.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED JVRDZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER/SHIPPING SERVICE TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION.
